Senior Global Animal Protein Analyst-Associate Director, Rabobank International

Nan-Dirk Mulder joined Rabobank International’s Food & Agribusiness Advisory and Research department (FAR) in 2001. He is senior global animal protein analyst and covers this industry from an international perspective. He is based in Rabobank’s headquarter in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Paul Aho

Independent Poultry Economist Consultant, Poultry Perspective

Paul Aho has a lifelong experience in the poultry sector: after completing his PhD in Poultry Economics from Michigan State University, he covered the role of Assistant Professor in University of Georgia and Cornell University. Moreover he has been the author of more than 200 articles in Watt Poultry USA, Poultry Times and Poultry Digest and 75 university publications. He currently works as a Poultry Agribusiness Consultant.

Mário Penz

Director of Strategic Accounts, Cargill

After achieving his PhD in Nutrition from University of California, Davis, Antônio Mário Penz Junior worked for 35 years as Professor from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. During his academic activity, he presented 465 conferences in 30 different countries and he was author and co-author of 372 papers and abstracts.
Dr Penz’s entrepreneurial activity comprises the creation of the company Nutron Alimentos Ltda., founded in 1995 with other 4 colleagues and later sold to Provimi Group.. The latter is now part of Cargill, where Dr Penz currently covers the charge of Global Strategic Accounts Director.

Hans Mulder

Managing Director, Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce

Hans Mulder is the Managing Director of the Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce since 1990, partner of the company Staffing Assessoria & Serviços since 1998, and holds Powers of Attorney for several Dutch investors since the year 2000.

Ma Chuang

Vice general manager, Boyar

Ma Chuang holds two bachelors, in Animal Science and in Agriculture Economics. His professional experience ranges from the public to the private sector. From 1990 to 1998 he worked at the Department of Animal Husbandry for the Ministry of Agriculture. He was Chief of Administration office for the China Animal Breeding Stock Import and Export from 1998 to 2001 and, from 2001 to 2007, he covered the charge of Country Manager of China for Hybro B.V.. After his experience as Vice Secretary General for China Animal Agriculture Association from 2007 to 2011, he is currently the Vice General Manager of Beijing Boyar communication Co., Ltd.

Food safety officer, Bühler AG

Béatrice Conde-Petit holds the position of Food Safety Officer at Bühler and drives strategic innovation projects to promote safety along the agro-feed-food value chain. Beatrice holds a Diploma and PhD in food engineering from ETH Zürich. Before joining Bühler Beatrice worked at ETH Zurich for 20 years as researcher, lecturer and consultant to the international food industry.

Bouke Hamminga

Director International Sales & Business Development, Pas Reform

Bouke Hamminga has worked in the poultry sector for more than 25 years. Before joining Pas Reform As Director International Sales & Business Development, he held various positions in poultry meat and egg industry, including senior positions with HYBRO worldwide and the SADA GROUP in Spain. His experiences includes knowledge of breeding and poultry production, as well as processing, further processing and modern retail.

Facundo Aragon

Industrial Engineer, Nielsen 

Industrial Engineer, with a Post Degree in Marketing. My experience in Nielsen started ten years ago, always in commercial areas, today I am Industry Leader (Sales Manager) for the Southern Cone countries. I have experience in consulting in all industries of mass consumption (Food, Beverages, S&T, cleaning). Work for customers in virtually all the countries of Latin America.
